  Where and how are the products made?

  All products on the site are made entirely by hand in the boutique our studio, where they can also be purchased. Original branded products UTOPIA LEATHER GOODS are only available in our physical store and on our website www.utopialeathergoods.com.

  What does „Lifetime Guarantee“ mean?

  „Lifetime Warranty“ is our commitment to the quality and durability of every item offered on www.utopialeathergoods.com. This means that there is no limited warranty period - if the product breaks or delaminates over time, we will take care of its repair.

If we determine that the defect is a result of our workmanship - for example, a compromised seam or a fallen button - the repair and re-shipment will be entirely at our expense. This also applies if the stitching naturally wears out over time.

Important: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as wetting, cutting, burning, improper storage and other similar factors.

With our lifetime warranty, you're investing in an accessory that will last you a lifetime!

  What is the delivery period?

  The main priorities of our team are reliable service and fast delivery. The delivery time for already made products is up to 3 working days. For products that have yet to be made, the deadline can be extended to 10 working days, for which you will be notified in a timely manner to the contacts you have specified.

  How can I be sure my order is confirmed?

  We value a direct and warm relationship with our customers. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm. Please check the address and contact details you leave on our site!

  How and where is the delivery made?

  All our items are delivered by courier company „Econt“ on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. 

  Is it possible that the delivered product has a slightly different shade than the one pictured?

  All products with brand UTOPIA LEATHER GOODS are handmade from 100% leather. As leather is a natural material, each batch has its own unique variations in shades due to the natural characteristics of the material and the processing process. Additionally, the colors may look different depending on your device's screen settings.

When you choose one of our utopian items, you get not just an accessory, but a unique product that is second to none.

  How to care for the products?

  Genuine leather products become even more beautiful with time, but to maintain their durability and aesthetics, minimal care is needed. It is advisable not to get the leather wet as moisture can damage it.

If you wish to extend the life of your leather item, you can treat it with a suitable vaccine once a year. This will help the material retain its flexibility and colour saturation.

With a little care, your leather accessory will take on an even more unique character as the years go by.

  You may return a product purchased from us within 14 days of purchase if it is in the same condition as received and has not been used. The product must be returned in its original box, along with the receipt and/or invoice, if available, and a completed return form. You can also use the special electronic button located at the bottom of the website, by filling out the form online the cancellation form.
